Delivery of products

All products will be sent 1st Class Signed For Royal Mail within 7-10 working days depending on Royal Mail.  International post can take 14-28 days depending on your postal service. Tracking numbers can be obtained by requesting them from us.

Returns / Exchanges

Acceptable returns:

• Faulty Product

• - Wrong Size (exchange for new size)

• Error made by seller (does NOT include errors or missing information from customer – so triple everything).

• Product no longer needed.

 

All returns are to be completed within 21 days for a full refund from the invoice date. A receipt and tracking number from you is required when you send the product back to us.
